Jumbo Polkadots and Cigarette Pants

Jumbo Polkadots and Cigarette Pants

Pairing this blouse with cigarette pants was definitely a good decision. The time it took me to put this outfit together is exactly what I aim for each time I get dressed. In a previous post, My 2018 Spring Shopping List, I mentioned that this season is all about comfort and convenience. Well, I’m sticking to that with this lazy business casual look. Not really sure if “Lazy Business Casual” is a thing but we’re just going to roll with it.

I love that these cigarette style pants aren’t the usual slim fit. I was searching on Asos and HM for various styles of Cigarette Pants and there are literally so many! The looseness adds to the “lazy” factor but still cute enough to look somewhat pulled together. Find more Cigarette Pant Styles on Asos!

I love love love the Jumbo print polkadots on this top! The size of the polkadots gives the look a less serious feel and that’s exactly what I was going for. Sheer blouses aways give a hint of sexiness but not over the top. This blouse gives just enough sexy and the cigarette pants balance that out. As I’ve gotten older, my style has matured and over the top sexiness isn’t such a necessity, thank God! Something ultra sexy just seems like I’m trying too hard, which is the exact opposite of my Spring Wardrobe theme. I’ll stick to comfy and convenient! I opted for the mules to be my pop of color and kept my accessories simple!
