A Good Fit: The Mom Jeans Edit

It’s amazing to me how the simplest outfits can make us feel so incredibly sexy. I paired these mom jeans with a classic white button down. The results were nothing short of perfect. A good fit paired with classic pieces is a sure win!

These pair of mom jeans are literally the GOAT!

Usually, mom jeans are paired with crop tops for a nostalgic feel. Or maybe paired with heavier pieces like an oversized shirt, for a “refined” take on baggy-ness. Well, I didn’t want to look 17 with something tight and cropped but I also didn’t want to drown out my little curves (which I’m so gracious for) with extremely baggy pieces. I’m a petite girl so I had to do the jeans justice by accentuating what I have.  #LittleCurvesMatter, right.

Finding the perfect fit for jeans is really a hit or miss when you’re thrifting. You’ve got to be in the right place at the right time. However, I am not exaggerating when I say, Asos has thee best variety of jean styles hands down! Any style you can think of, type it into their search engine and without a doubt hundreds of option will come up! If you want to find the perfect pair of any style jeans, but especially mom jeans, you’d better start with Asos!

This Spring I’m shooting for convenience and comfort when it comes to getting dressed. Of course, my aim is to be stylish but I’m really not that into making every outfit a science project. As pulled together as I look here, I didn’t spend one minute ironing!

I don’t think I should have to explain to you how excited I was to find this Non-Iron Oxford Shirt from Banana Republic. There is, however, one small thing I failed to mention. This shirt is from the mens section! I mean, who doesn’t want to just throw on a classic button down without the effort of ironing or the ongoing threat of burning a perfectly good shirt! Same here, girl. Same here.
